Planetary gear motors are supplied according to Benzler's standard with IEC B5 electric motors. This choice gives access to a large selection of geared motors, e.g. with integrated frequency converter, brake motor, with external cooling, and motors rated in terms of energy efficiency higher than IE3, etc.
