Benzlers series J is the latest generation of the very famous SALA pinion gearboxes.
The gear design has in many ways laid the foundation for a market standard for this type of gear and is still perceived as the "original" in many industries.
With the SALA switch, we have solved many tasks since the market introduction; from the heavy mining industry's transport needs to the wind power industry's need for high resistance to high & varying moments.
In recent years, we have adapted the SALA gearboxes to wind power plants and today SALA is the preferred gearbox in the wind power segment up to 25 kW.
The unique and patented KIBO® axle mounting system is also offered as an option. With a KIBO® solution, it will always be possible to dismantle the SALA gear from the machine shaft, which greatly facilitates service & maintenance work.
