Sales Engineer

We are facing a growth phase and therefore want to strengthen the team in Örebro. We are currently looking for a sales engineer, who wants to contribute and grow into the role of a future key player and business developer.

You will be part of a strong team of mixed skills, which will help you develop into the role. The ambition for this position is that you will be given the right conditions to be able to become completely self-motivated and independent in the long term, this means that you need a strong driving force and a willingness to take personal responsibility for your own work effort and skill development.

To give you the right conditions, you will receive supervision and internal training, to give you security in being able to consult customers in our products and services, as well as build new and manage existing customer relationships.

You will be given a responsible role where you will act operationally as well as strategically with how you will lay out your working weeks. The role is very varied and developing, but you will have responsibility and participation in the entire sales cycle, developing and presenting industrial solutions, including industrial gears and gearboxes.

Common tasks in this role are:

Prospecting of new and existing customers
Conduct customer visits with product presentations
Market analyses
Price calculations and negotiations

You will start from the office in Örebro, but as our customers are also located in other locations, you will have continuous business trips and also a large amount of overnight stays. As the role involves a lot of travel and the customers are located all over Central Sweden, you should be comfortable in a role without a permanent workplace. Where you value the customers' environment to understand their needs and how you can present the best solution for them.

What we are looking for

We see that you have a technical post-secondary education and find an interest in consulting and technical sales. We believe you have an interest in understanding industries and further developing your skills into expertise.


A post-secondary education in machinery, mechanics or electricity.
You speak and write freely in both English and Swedish.
B driver's license


Experience in sales
Experience from the manufacturing industry
Good habit of working in business systems
