Radicon’s Series G industrial gearbox is designed to meet demanding applications based on medium and high output torque requirements.
The helical gear geometry maximises efficiency while transmitting high loads and torque capacity, and operating with minimal noise even under heavy loads
The Series G housing features a horizontally split design for the easiest possible maintenance. This design is crucial in applications requiring frequent inspection and servicing, as it allows easy access to internal components without the need for extensive disassembly
When designing the series our designers understood the “customer first” philosophy ensuring the complete life cycle for the custoemr was consider, resulting in a gearbox that is easy to service and has a long service life and can have accessories added retrospectivly to help with modern day condition monitoring equipment.
Radicon’s Series G industrial gearboxes can be supplied in angular or parallel axis versions for both horizontal or vertical applications. Basic configurations include single output shafts, double output shafts or hollow shaft options for KIBO assembly.
The industrial gear series offers extensive customisation options, such as external cooling systems, backstop, clamping elements on the output shaft, and IEC B5 motor flanges for direct motor assembly
Additionally, the line includes a range of motor adapters for flexible motor placement and a system of motor frames that allow the entire operation to be mounted on a single structure. This facilitates installation and ensures correct system mounting
